Systematic Cause Analysis Technique

SCAT helps you and your organisation learn from accidents and near-misses to prevent further human injury, environmental damage and quality losses.

Marine Systematic Cause Analysis Technique (MSCAT) is also available for the analysis of maritime incidents.
